Our fleet covers sedans such as the Swift Dzire, the Maruti Ertiga, the Toyota Innova Crysta, the Force Urbania 17 seater and Tempo Travellers in 13, 17 and 26 seat layouts. We suggest a vehicle based on your group size, luggage and route.
Yes. Our quoted rental fare includes fuel and the driver's charge so there is no surprise at the end of the trip. Parking fees, toll, permits and state entry taxes are charged at actuals where they apply, and we tell you about these in advance.
Of course. We run outstation trips to Cherrapunji, Dawki, Mawlynnong, Jowai, Guwahati, Kaziranga, Arunachal Pradesh and Bhutan. Multi-day outstation trips are quoted per day with a kilometre limit and a driver night allowance.
Yes. We cover Shillong Umroi Airport, Guwahati Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport and Guwahati railway station. For airport pickups we track your flight and wait at the arrival gate with a name board.
Our drivers are local and drive these routes every week. They know the sharp bends, the stretches that get foggy in the evening, and where the good viewpoints and tea stops are. They also speak English, Hindi and Khasi.
Yes. Let us know as early as you can and we will reschedule the trip wherever possible. Cancellation terms depend on how close to the travel date you cancel, and are set out on our refund and cancellation policy page.
We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfer. For tour packages we usually take a part advance to block the vehicle and the balance at the start or end of the trip, as agreed.
Our booking line is open 24 hours. Late night airport transfers and early morning departures are common for us, so call any time and we will arrange the vehicle.
Every vehicle goes through a check before it is sent out, with servicing on schedule. Interiors are cleaned between trips, seat covers are changed regularly and the air conditioning is tested.
Yes. We arrange tour packages covering Shillong, Cherrapunji, Dawki, Mawlynnong, Kaziranga, Arunachal Pradesh and Bhutan, with transport, a planned route and local assistance. Tell us your dates and we will suggest an itinerary that fits.
