Which Traveller size should you book?
The seat count on paper and the comfortable seat count on a hill road are not the same number. As a rough guide, book the 13 seater for eight to eleven people, the 17 seater for twelve to fifteen, and the 26 seater for anything above that. Leaving a couple of seats free gives everyone room for bags and makes a long day far more pleasant.
The Force Urbania
The Urbania is the newer option in this category. It is quieter inside, has a higher roof so you can stand up in the aisle, and comes with push-back seats. For corporate groups or a long run to Kaziranga or Tawang it is worth the difference over a standard Traveller. For a one-day Cherrapunji trip, either works fine.
Luggage for a group
Travellers carry luggage in the rear bay and on a roof carrier where needed. For a group of fifteen on a week-long trip, tell us the luggage count when booking so we can send the right configuration rather than discovering the problem at pickup.
What we can help with beyond transport
We book complete tour packages using our Traveller services, cover airport to hotel transfers in both directions, and advise on which sights fit into the days you have. Where a route needs permits we help with the paperwork. Through the trip you stay in contact with the same team that took the booking.

Twelve to fifteen people is comfortable in a 17 seater once you allow space for luggage. Booking right up to the seat count works for short city transfers but gets tight on a full day of sightseeing.
Yes. Our Travellers run the Cherrapunji, Dawki and Mawlynnong routes regularly and our drivers are experienced on these gradients and bends.
Yes. We handle guest transfers for weddings, office outings and conferences, including several vehicles on the same day coordinated through one contact.
Yes. Our full tour packages across Meghalaya, Kaziranga, Arunachal Pradesh and Bhutan can all be run in a Traveller, with the vehicle staying with your group for the whole trip.
